Во вторых она звучала с точностью да наоборот, т.е речь шла о гибели 10%, а не 90%. Фальсифицировал фразу писатель Солоухин, который стоял на национал-монархических и антикоммунистических позициях. Подхватили и распространили фальсифицированную фразу те же монархисты, националисты и другие антикоммунисты.
Настоящие коммунисты не собираются плясать под дудку нынешнего правительства и играть по его правилам. То единственное и полезное что мы должны сделать для нынешней России - это четвертая русская революция!

Что касается грядущей Революции. Даже если мы в первый раз потерпим поражение, то оно будет в тысячи раз более плодотворно для будущих боев, нежели отступление без единого удара. Мы станем свободными или погибнем под пулями. И раны как звезды украсят нашу грудь!!!

I remember looking at her with great intensity, maybe thinking I could find some explanation in her eyes. But of course her real expectation was some kind of answer from me! At that point I felt a little foolish and vaguely light-headed. I asked her to repeat the choices. I still didn't know what she was talking about, but I did know that (at that time) I didn't charge my groceries, so I opted for choice #1 - debit. Surely I had to enter a PIN number, but my automatic pilot must have taken over that chore. I left the store with a cart full of groceries, and not the slightest idea of what "debit" meant or how they would get my money to pay for said groceries. Anytime you find yourself going through a “crazy period,?remember to be as kind and gentle with yourself as you would be if a dear friend was going through the same emotional turmoil. Try to squeeze a little walking or other exercise into your schedule, spend some time outdoors, and talk with a compassionate therapist if you seem to get stuck. Gravity and sanity will both return to normal by and by.

Talk to anyone who has 'tried to lose weight' and they actually know a heck of a lot about nutrition, exercise, and body management plans. They're probably the most well-read, best educated health experts out there. And here's the first truth coming to clobber you on the head: Law of Attraction Truth #1: There is a big difference between knowledge and wisdom. If you look at all those books on your shelves I am sure you can say with Scout's honour, cross-your-heart authenticity that you well and truly 'get' what the books are saying. You must learn to recognize the benefits you are achieving as a result of your daily plan. TIP #2 ... You must use a journal to record your daily activities toward achieving your goal. A spiral notebook makes a great journal because the pages remain in chronological order. Develop the habit of reviewing the entries in your journal at least once each week. This provides great perspective on your progress. TIP #3 ... Some people choose to gradually change their lifestyles in order to begin their quest for great abs. Others choose to create a massive action plan and make dramatic lifestyle changes immediately. Decide whether you want to change gradually or create a MAP ... then stick to your plan. Live each day at a time according to your plan and you will eventually achieve your goal of six pack abs. TIP #4 ... Take 4 or 5 pictures of your abdominal area when you begin this process. Then take pictures again every four weeks. If you are following a reasonable plan, you will notice gradual changes in your body by comparing pictures every four weeks. It is not reasonable to expect to notice changes every day or even every week. TIP #5 ... If you weigh yourself every day, you might be disappointed to see that you are not losing weight. Since you are trying to decrease body fat while building muscle, you may very well gain weight because the muscle tissue you are adding weighs more than the fat you are losing. Plus, the amount of water your body retains varies on a daily basis and will certainly affect your overall weight. TIP #6 ... Try to eat five or six small meals during the day. A typical meal might consist of one serving of carbs and one serving of protein. Each serving should be no larger than the palm of your hand. This will regulate your metabolism. Avoid skipping meals. TIP #7 ... most people discover that utilizing medicine balls or stability balls add excellent variety to their workouts. Use the medicine ball for added weight on your routines and use the stability ball for a variety of crunches. TIP #8 ... If you are focusing on building muscles because you don't have much fat to lose, there are lots of passive exercises you can do throughout the day. For example, while sitting at a desk, you can continually clench your stomach. Or conversely, you could do this every time you walk through a door. Develop these simple habits and you will be amazed at their effectiveness over time. There you have it. Now you know how to get a six pack. All of the factors known to cause aging accelerate the loss of methyl groups from DNA. Factors that accelerate the loss of methyl groups are ,stress, poor nutrition, poor or low vitamin intake, too little exercise, environmental toxins, smoking and radiation. It follows then that any intervention that slows , stops, and reverses methyl group loss from DNA is in essence slowing, stopping and even reversing the signs of aging. The most sensitive and effective test for determining the rate of methyl group loss from DNA , measures a blood chemical homocysteine. Homocysteine is an amino acid by-product of food metabolism. It contributes to atherosclerosis, reduces the flexibility of blood vessels, and increases clotting by making platelets stickier and slows blood flow. Studies show a direct positive correlation between high serum homocysteine levels and the risk of heart attack and stroke. A high homocysteine level is also associated with Alzheimer's disease, as well as depression, multiple sclerosis, menopausal symptoms, and rheumatoid arthritis. The higher the homocysteine level the greater the rate of methyl group loss from DNA. The homocysteine level in a teenager measures 4 to 6 points and it tends to rise 1 to 2 points every decade, so that at age 60 to 70 years of age, the level is typically 12 to 15 or sometimes even higher.Dropping the homocysteine level by 5 points can reduce the risk of heart attacks by 50% Perhaps the single most powerful homocysteine lowering nutrient is trimethylglycine also known as TMG. This molecule has three methyl groups to donate, hence the prefix “tri”methyl.It is also known as betaine, because it is a natural substance derived from sugar beets. Previous research has shown that high dosage betaine can reduce the risk of mortality, the first year after a heart attack from 25% to 0%.In addition high dosage betaine in conjunction with vitamin cofactors, has been the only intervention that has permitted women with genetically high homocysteine levels to conceive and deliver normally. In other persons with high homocysteine,adding betaine has reversed neurological defects, and caused grey hair to darken and lost hair to regrow. Laser treatment of betaine has shown dramatic molecular effects, that favour greater biological activity. Crystals grown using Dr.Ovo Kaitys’ Method show a very high homogeneity compared to the irregularities and defects in the control crystals. Homogenity reduces the energy needed by enzymes to make the desired end products. In a clinical study the formula to boosting methyl group transfers and reducing homocysteine levels contained laser treated betaine as the main component. In addition laser treated vitamin cofactors that are known to support these pathways were also included to boost fat metabolism for further cardiovascular support. The treatment groups received increasing doses of laser enhanced methylation formulas over a 3 month period of time, whereas the placebo group(controll group) received only sugar pills. Subjects had blood drawn every month, to check for homocysteine levels,blood counts and other metabolic tests. By the end of the study the treatment groups showed dramatic metabolic improvement ,not seen in the placebo group. Homocysteine levels for the treatment group started at double the cardiac risk of the general population, and by the end of the study was reduced to risk values even less than the general population. The reduction of homocysteine levels at every dosage level was highly statistically significant,and the overall reduction for the group suggested a 20 to 30 year physiological reduction in aging. The placebo group showed no significant change in homocysteine levels. The study demonstrated that the laser enhanced methylation formula was the essential factor , in significantly lowering the homocysteine level and thereby improving methyl group transfer. In addition to reduced homocysteine, the treated subjects also showed significant improvement in several other clinical symptoms namely , elevation of mood, decreased body aches and pain ,reduced anxiety and anger, decreased paranoia and obsessive compulsiveness, and much decreased global system profile.( all symptoms taken together in one comprehensive score).

It definitely wasn't always easy, but there was one thing I always possessed that helped me keep going and make it to the next stage. That quality is a burning desire to succeed. While at the time I didn't realize this was an extremely important quality to have, it turns out, it was one of the main ingredients to personal success (or in this case starting a business with purpose.) As I have talked about in my last two articles (The Foundation to a Meaningful Business and Step Outside Your Comfort Zone), getting clear about what inspires you, satisfies you spiritually, and how to step into the fear of the unknown, truly is the secret to success, but there are two characteristics you absolutely MUST have in order to achieve your goals: 1) You must have a burning desire to achieve your goals. There is nothing more distracting than pursuing something half-fasted or lacking enthusiasm. Those characteristics will definitely set you up for failure--or worse--getting fed up, which results in you giving up. A burning desire is that excited anticipation. It is the butterflies in your stomach, that pang in your heart, or that feeling of wanting to run when the signs says, "don't walk." It's that skip in your step and that magnetism that people feel when they are around you. You'll know when you have a burning desire--EVERYONE will know. 2) You must have confidence. You could be the best chef in your circle of friends, but when someone compliments your tasty delights, you shrug it off. Confidence is knowing you are good at something without being arrogant or conceited. When you know something it's not about showing off or throwing facts in people's faces all day. Confidence is light, direct, and polished. I'm a firm believer in the consistency of refining skills, but don't ever take them for granted. Holding your head up high, speaking up when you have something to say, stating your expertise with verve and conviction, and sharing about what you know are true signs of a confident person. A person who knows something but chooses NOT to share is not confident, in fact, they are very insecure. A person who knows a lot, speaks up and dominates the conversation is not confident, they are also insecure. Confidence has nothing to prove and everything to share. Here are three very important questions to answer that will increase your burning desire to achieve your goals and the confidence to pursue them: •What are your skills? This might seem like a no brainer of a question, but skills are directed related to your competence. Competence is the KEY to success. When you have skills (you have a ton of them) that means you have something to teach. When you have something to teach, other people want to learn it too. No skill is too small or insignificant. I don't care if one of your skills is grooming your dog and giving him the best mohawk on the block. You must have impeccable attention to detail to be able to something like that. That my friend is a skill. List all your skills on a sheet of paper and then revisit them in a few days and write down some more. •What do you love to do? Do you love to decorate your home? Flea market shop or dance when no ones watching? Is writing a novel the idea of a good time or blogging into the wee hours? What are the things you love to do that you would do it anyway, for free just because you love it? The motivation it takes to do something you love is pretty effortless. Even if you're a runner and you love to run marathons, if you love it, then you get excited about it if when you're not doing it. I takes THAT kind of LOVE to get a burning desire. And as I've said before, you can't achieve any goal without a burning desire. You have to love it so much. •What do people compliment you on? This one is such an eye-opener! This question is going to have you viewing who you are and what will help you build confidence faster than enrolling in school or taking yet another class. There are things you are always doing that are being noticed by others. What are they? Do you have beautiful skin, nice legs, or soft luscious locks? Are you a good listener; that person all your friends call for advice? All of these beautiful qualities need to be brought to the surface and used in your business. Most people make excuses as to why "the time isn't right" for them to do this or start that. They think they have more classes to take, more certifications to acquire or need more money. But you now have a laundry list of skills, things you love to do, and people that are noticing your talents even when you're not looking. Once you have a "10" burning desire and an attractive confidence, your goals can and WILL be achieved.

Step 4. Start Engaging in Social Media Another way to get in front of potentially huge audiences is to use social media. The primary ones are Facebook and Twitter, and you should sign up for both of these and start growing your lists of friends, fans, and followers. п»їDid you know there are a few simple nutrients that you can take to help you get rid of migraines for good? If you or a loved one suffers from migraines, you know that most people pop a pill and sleep the pain away in a dark room. And many of them deal with terrible side effects like hallucinations, weight gain, ulcers, seizures, confusion, dizziness, and nausea because they don’t know there are any safer alternatives. But the good news is that you can take just three simple nutrients and find relief from migraines right away. CoQ10 – Researchers from the Head and Pain Unit at the University Hospital Zurich discovered in a clinical trial that 300 mg of CoQ10 daily cuts migraine frequency by half.1 But it’s important to take the right form of CoQ10. The powdered form of CoQ10 is difficult to absorb. Get either the gel caps or tablets and take them with some kind of fat. CoQ10 is fat-soluble. Take it with a bit of olive oil or fish oil. Or do what I recommend to my patients: Have your CoQ10 with a meal that includes fish, dairy, eggs or meat. My high-potency CoQ10 formula makes it convenient to take because it is eight times more absorbable than other forms. So, 50 mg of my CoQ10 formula is equal to 200 mg of regular CoQ10. That means you can take just two of my CoQ10 formula instead of the 10 capsules of regular CoQ10 to get the therapeutic levels you need to fight migraines. Riboflavin (vitamin B2) – Studies suggest mitochondrial dysfunction causes some migraines. That means that your brain’s energy factories don’t generate enough output. The resulting low energy may cause severe headaches. High doses of riboflavin increase the energy production in the brain cells and reduce headaches. One study showed that 400 mg of riboflavin a day cut the frequency of migraines in half.2 You can get riboflavin from lots of foods, but quantity becomes a problem. You’d have to eat enormous amounts of liver, nuts, dairy, eggs, seafood and greens to get to 400 mg a day. So, while you should still eat these foods, I also recommend you supplement your diet with riboflavin. You can find riboflavin (vitamin B2) supplements at your local health food store. Magnesium – One of magnesium’s main jobs is to tone the blood vessels. Scientists have linked certain types of migraines to problems with blood flow and pressure in the vessels. So if you have low magnesium levels, you could benefit from taking magnesium supplements.3 Add to your daily diet things like green leafy veggies, tree nuts, yogurt, berries, halibut, avocado, bananas, and raisins. But remember that the serving portions of these foods only give you 24 to 90 mg of magnesium. Studies have shown that a 600 mg a day reduces migraines by up to 41 percent.4 Look for magnesium that is bound to citrate, malate or aspartate. Take it with vitamin B6. It will increase the amount of magnesium that accumulates in your cells. You can find magnesium and B6 at your local health food store. 1 Sándor P. Favorite exercises take on a life of their own. People perform them by rote, day after day, month after month and never evaluate whether it’s generating a tangible benefit. It’s a classic case of what philosopher Alan Watt’s called “mistaking the menu for the food.” It not about the exercises - it's about gaining muscle. A true, muscle-building workout is an event! It’s an adventure! It takes you into territory you’ve never been in before. It’s the opposite of what the folks are doing in the “cardio” area of the gym. In the cardio area bored men and women walk, jog and step on machines while they read a magazine or absent-mindedly gaze at a ceiling mounted television. They grind away at a steady pace and sharp mental focus is the last thing they want because the activity is sheer boredom and who wants to dwell on that? Building muscle is different. No two strength workouts should ever be the same. Every exercise in every workout should involve a higher intensity of muscular output. That means you should always be reaching new personal records of heavier weight or more reps or an extra set. That’s how new muscle is built. It’s an adaptation to a new, greater demand. Here are three secrets to having the kind of explosive workouts that build muscle. #1 - Right Exercises Individual exercises come in and out of vogue for a variety of reasons. But the only thing that really matters is which exercise permits you to deliver the absolute highest possible overload to the muscle you are targeting. Take triceps for example. You could do cable press downs, dumbbell triceps extensions, dips, pushups, French presses, close-grip bench presses…I could go on and on. Then there are the dozens of variations of triceps machines from all the leading equipment companies. How do you know which one is right for you? The simple answer is: the one that allows you to hoist the most weight. So if you can do dumbbell triceps extension with 40 pounds in each hand but you can do weighted dips with your full body weight plus 30 pounds of plates hanging from a weight belt, it’s pretty obvious which one is delivering the highest overload to your triceps. Perhaps more important, using some simple experimentation you can test the validity of exercises that are recommended by gurus, gym rats and other erstwhile helpful people. Just compare how much you can barbell squat vs. hack squat vs. leg press and you’ll reach your own empirically validated conclusions. When you start using the best exercise for each muscle group your workouts will explode. #2 - Big Weights This point is an obvious corollary of point #1 but it goes further. Even with the right exercise you have a choice between using a heavier weight and doing fewer reps (or a shorter static hold) or using a lighter weight and doing more reps (or a longer static hold). I’ve tested all these combinations and none works better than hoisting the heaviest weight you can for a little as 5 seconds of static contraction. The intensity of that overload creates maximum metabolic changes in the body. It literally forces an adaptation. Don’t believe that old gym bromide about “light weights for definition” High reps with light weight is pretty much a complete waste of your time. It’s inefficient at building muscle and it’s inefficient at improving definition. There are better ways to do both. When you start using big weights for each exercise your workouts will explode. #3 - Short Duration If your workout is taking you more than 30 minutes something is wrong. If you’re getting it done in less than 20 minutes you’re on the right track. Remember, a good muscle-building workout isn’t like sleep walking on the treadmill or stair stepper. It’s all out, it’s high intensity, and you can’t sustain it for long because it takes everything you have. You’re forcing your body to adapt to a massive stress. I work with advanced trainees who target five different muscle groups per workout and they are finished in 15 minutes. In that time they actually perform only 25 seconds of actual lifting. That’s not a typo…they perform five exercises using a five-second static hold on each exercise. When they return to the gym in two weeks or so they perform five different exercises for different muscles. And they make progress on every exercise in every workout. How many people do you know who can honestly say that? – new personal records on every workout! When you start engineering workouts that are super intense and can be sustained for only a short time your workouts will explode. We create our reality from our Thoughts, Feelings, Choices and Beliefs. Lets explore each of these: THOUGHTS Your unconscious mind works in the same manner as a refrigerator. A refrigerator cannot tell the truth from a lie, has no sense of humor, always works in present time, always accepts what comes in and simply agrees and says, "YES". Throughout your life your fridge has been faithfully storing information. Whenever any of your senses picked up a message that you are a good person or a loveable person, your fridge opened its door, said, "YES" and stored it away. Of course, any time that you picked up that you were a bad person, unworthy or unlovable, your fridge just says, "YES" and stores it away. You therefore have, a lot of stored data, and your self-image as well as your self-esteem are based on this information. Studies show that 80% of all the input we receive as kids is negative ("don't do this", "that is bad"). Remembering that a child is like a sponge and he or she receives and believes anything that is said to him or her, there's little wonder why we end up in a society of people who's belief systems are made up of "I am not good enough", "I don't deserve", "I'll fuck it up", etc... So, what to do? How about balancing some of the negative information, with something positive? How about utilizing positive affirmations? I know that for many, affirmations work, whilst others just get bored with them. There is a way however, to use them with powerful results, as long as we employ the power of our feelings. But before jumping to our feelings, we need to remember a few basics: 1. Repeat the thought over and over again. You have spent years filling up your fridge with garbage. Do you really expect that a few days of positive affirmations would balance it out? 2. Use present tense. "I will earn a million next year" doesn't work. Tomorrow never comes. 3. Use positive terms. "I quit overeating" puts the weight on the overeating. Make it instead: "I eat only what my body needs" FEELINGS It has been said: "Thoughts create and feelings bring alive." It is as if your thoughts are the plan on paper and your feelings bring it into 3-dimensional reality. If you really want something in your life, let your excitement be there. Tell the world. You deserve it. Fear is the same energy as excitement. If you lean away from something, you get fear. If you lean towards it, you get excitement. If you stand in front of your mirror every morning whispering shyly to yourself "I am beautiful, loveable, successful human being" it might take forever until you believe it. Instead, sing it loudly to yourself or shout it while driving the car (making sure that your windows are closed). CHOICES OR DECISIONS Many people don't manifest what they want, because they are not willing to choose. They are so scared to make a mistake that they never move. "What should I be - a doctor or a lawyer?" "Shall I marry him/her or shall I not?" Sound familiar? The universe responds to your moves. When you make a choice and move, the universe either responds in "BRAVO" or in "OOPS, TRY AGAIN". But if you don't make a move, you'll never know. Life is pretty much like driving a car. When you're driving you make decisions all the time, you get feedback all the time and you make new decisions based on that feedback. You go round a curve too fast, the tires scream, oh boy, too fast, slow down... As you drive to work in the morning, you have taken hundreds of risks and made hundreds of decisions, without thinking too much about it. This is how powerful the gift of feedback is. We make decisions and then get the response. An interesting fact about feedback is that when we receive it from others we don't like it. We feel criticized. Life is an adventure. If we had the map already written and memorized, what would be the point of taking the journey? BELIEFS Your beliefs determine your reality in much the same way as your thoughts do. However, their power is bigger as their source comes from the past and is well hidden in this fridge we call the unconscious mind. When I began to really look at my beliefs, some of them were: "men are stupid", "I have to work hard for my money", "I'm lazy" and "I can't fly". And, of course, the one that kept all the others in place is: "I believe that my beliefs are difficult to change". If I could just change this last one, then I could change the others quite easily. BUT. There is safety in these beliefs. They are familiar. Am I prepared to lose that safety? Some of these beliefs are, I think, useful. Until I'm sure I can fly, I should avoid jumping off tall buildings. I guess that's useful, but it is also worth examining once in a while. Anyway, beliefs are important to us. We spend a lot of energy proving them true. Whenever I got overworked and stressed I would turn on the TV, zapping for hours, thus confirming, "I'm lazy". Whenever a man became too close and offered his friendship, I always found something wrong with him to keep him away. Of course, "men are stupid". We can create new, positive beliefs about ourselves. Just reverse the belief you want to change and say it to yourself over and over again, using all your enthusiasm and excitement. Instead of "I'm a failure" use "I'm successful", instead of "I'm not good enough" use "I'm great". These four topics, Thoughts, Feelings, Choices and Beliefs, are areas where you can really shift your ability to live life of joyful creativity. Watch your thoughts - keep them positive. Give your feelings space. Feelings are okay. They add flavor to the soup of life. Get used to making choices - take a chance. We all make mistakes and we can all respond to the results. If you pay close attention, the patterns will emerge and you will learn a lot about the relationship between the two people you are observing. So where does all this prelude lead? The truth is, the demise of the relationship between Al and Tipper Gore should not have come as a surprise to the thoughtful and detached observer. Their marriage, irrespective of its length, would have revealed to the world their real relationship through the pervasive characteristics their marriage exhibited over the years. Pervasive characteristics are powerful. They tell you all you need to know about a loving relationship between two human beings. In the end, we would conclude the following regarding why long-term marriages like the Gore’s 40-year marriage fail: 1. If their long-term marriage was truly a successful marriage (long-term does NOT equal successful!), they would not be separating from each other. The warning signs had to be there for a long time – perhaps, from the beginning. The “pervasive characteristics” of their marriage probably told the truth about their relationship, but due to a variety of reasons (politics, children, well-known parents, etc.), they were probably ignored. In the end, the truth about their relationship will prevail. 2. One of the absolutely essential ingredients of a successful marriage is this – when you get married, you “turn two into one without losing individual identities.” Over the years, the Gores had increasingly lead two separate lives – he the environmentalist and she the author and photographer. They went their separate ways. They no longer shared much “common ground” in their marriage. Instead of a marriage in which they were defined together, they became a marriage defined by their individual identities. Sharing common ground is an essential ingredient of a successful marriage. 3. We bet the Gores no longer talk about anything and everything. They had developed in their relationship with each other, “sacred cows” – those issues and items they no longer talked about in their marriage. The best marriages we have studied over the years have no “sacred cows.” They talk about anything and everything. Our guess – the Gores left too many important issues left un-discussed and un-addressed. One of the tale-tail signs of a failing relationship is this – the couple finds things to NOT talk about. Bad idea and never a hallmark of a successful marriage. 4. The most successful marriages always report to us during our interviews that the one they love the most – their spouse – is their best friend. It is never enough to be in love! A successful marriage requires being in love and being best friends! Our guess, Al and Tipper have been in love, but have probably never been best friends. Being “best friends” is the defining characteristic of most successful marriages. 5. And finally, Al and Tipper didn’t make their relationship with each other come first. They had too many diversions. Al was traveling around the world without Tipper spreading his environmental message. Tipper was in to her photographer and writing. We are not saying that people in love should not maintain their interests and passions, but to do so at the expense of your spouse is to invite disaster in your marriage. We suspect that the “pervasive characteristics” of Al and Tipper’s marriage have been obvious for a long time. A failed marriage, irrespective of its length, is not immune from the characteristics that define the marriage. In the end, any marriage is what it is – for good or for bad. Heed the tale tail signs.
